Baked Chicken with a Splash of Cognac

Chicken

Butter

Lemon juice

Splash cognac

Salt, pepper, and garlic.


Add all ingredients to pan. Bake in oven until done.


Serve with:

Baby potatoes, cut in half and sprinkled with spices, salt, and pepper, and baked until tender.
