Greek Bowls

Greek Bowls

Instead of the chicken that they have in the recipe, I would usually just cook chicken breasts in the oven and shred them in the Kitchen Aid mixer with a blend of herbs and spices including things like garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, coriander, and maybe thyme, basil, cumin; anything sort of Greek/Mediterranean.


Falafel

I will usually pan-fry mine and flip them instead of frying them completely covered in oil because the first time I made them, which was just by myself, I burnt them so badly and set the fire alarm off!
