Simple Pulled Pork (by Mystie Winckler)

Ingredients: 1-2 onions Pork roast (any will work) Montreal Steak Seasoning Serve with: (Choose one.) Roasted potatoes and coleslaw Rolls or tortillas and sour cream Buns, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw

Mac and cheese, potato salad, green salad, and rolls

Directions:

1. Slice the onions and put them in the bottom of a crockpot or Instant Pot. Set the pork on top. Cover the roast with Montreal Steak Seasoning (I probably end up using 2-3 tablespoons).

2. In a crockpot, cook on low for 8+ hours or high for 5. Set an Instant Pot for 90 minutes high pressure. When it's cooked, it will fall apart.

3. Serve with one of the above options. Leftovers freeze well.
